Choosing the right mastermind "team" is crucial to success.

Whether you are working hard to build yourself a residual income online or want to create a set it and forget it income one piece at a time, you have three pieces to the puzzle that are crucial to success. Without all three, you will spin your wheels.

Focus - It is imperative that you work in a focused manner on each part of your business and not let yourself be pulled in every direction that the wind blows. Each time you leave a task at hand and come back to it, you take an average of 20 minutes to get back to the level of concentration that you had while you were being productive. Those that tell you that they are great multitaskers will lie to you about other things, too. They may have the ability to focus faster than average, but they will still produce at a rate far slower than they could if they focused on one task until completed.

Action - All the focus in the world will not help you get anything done without action. You have probably heard the phrase, “massive action to completion,” when someone described how they succeeded. Action is the cornerstone to the success formula, because without it, you have a lot of plans and no results.

Results - If you are focused and take action, you should get results. But you should have a system in place to test your results so that you aren’t working for nothing. Part of the formula is focusing on the right actions to take. This is why having a mentor or mastermind group to work with is so critical. You can learn from the results of others.
